Rajabzoda Husniya Hukumatsho, Chairperson of Murghab District, was born on June 24, 1982, in Murghab District, Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, Republic of Tajikistan. She is Tajik by nationality and has higher education. In 2004, she graduated from the Tajik State National University with a degree in philology – specialty teacher of the Tajik language and literature, and in 2011, she graduated from the Institute for Advanced Studies of Civil Servants of the Republic of Tajikistan with a degree in public administration.

– 2004–2006 – Teacher at Secondary School No. 14, Murghab District.
– 14.06.2006–18.10.2006 – Acting Head of the General Department of the Office of the Chairman of Murghab District.
– 20.10.2006–07.02.2007. – Chief specialist of the department for women and family affairs under the executive body of state power of Murghab district.
– 01.03.2007–18.02.2008 – Specialist of the control department of the office of the chairman of Murghab district.
– 18.02.2008–31.03.2008 – Chief specialist of the administrative and legal department of the office of the chairman of Murghab district.
– 01.12.2010–29.11.2011 – Master’s student of the Institute for Advanced Studies of Civil Servants of the Republic of Tajikistan.
– 16.12.2011–27.08.2013 – Head of the general department, control department and department for citizens’ appeals of the office of the chairman of Murghab district.
– 27.08.2013–06.03.2020 – Deputy chairman of Murghab district.
Since March 6, 2020, by the decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the respected Emamali Rahmon, she was appointed as the Chairperson of the Murghab District of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region. She was awarded the medal “30th Anniversary of Independence of the State of the Republic of Tajikistan”, the Order of Glory, 2nd degree, the medal “Distinction in the Border Service” and the medal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan for the assistance provided.
