The policy of “Open doors” and friendship and peaceful coexistence in relations with close neighbors from the first days of the leadership of the founder of peace and national unity – the leader of the nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, was implemented in cooperation with neighboring countries, and made it possible for the Republic of Tajikistan to establish beneficial relations with all countries near and far. Within the framework of the implementation of this policy, on March 13 in the city of Bishkek, the meeting of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon and the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sadir Zhaparov, agreements on cooperation, brotherhood and the restoration of beneficial cooperation and mutual understanding were signed within the framework of the implementation of these agreements with the consent of the leadership of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the proposal of the head of the Badakhshan Mountain Autonomous Region, Mirzonabot Alisher Khudoberdi, the official delegation and athletes of the Kyrgyz Republic headed by Arstankulov Talantbek Kurbanalievich – deputy representative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in Osh region, residents of Badakhshan made a business trip to the city of Khorug to participate in the Nowruz celebration.
At the border crossing of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Kyrgyz Republic, the guests were welcomed by the chairman of Murgob District, Mr. Rajabzoda Husnia Gomedeshho, and the official delegation with bread and salt and a cultural event. During the reception of the guests, the head of the district noted the contribution of the leader of the nation – the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon and the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadir Japarov on the restoration of friendship between the residents of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Kyrgyz Republic and expressed their views on the development of further cooperation with the Osh region of the Kyrgyz Republic.
